The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have arrested the former managing director of Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Mr Nsima Ekere for the diversion of funds to the tune of N47billion through a registered contractor.
This was confirmed to our source by the Commission spokesman, Mr. Wilson Uwajaren.
