Former governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi has told tweeps threating to sue him if does not contest for 2023 President that he doesn’t have money to fund a court case.

 

A tweep, by name @FakeBuhari had issued an ultimatum to the former vice presidential candidate, to declare for the presidency by the end of the month or be sued.

“Sir, if at the end of this month and you don’t declare interest for presidency in the 2023 election, then be ready for a legal action from me. Leave #AFCON2021 for Orji UZOR Kalu, that’s his calling, not yours. Your calling is excellent economic leadership.”

Mr Obi in a swift , said, “I wish I knew your real name. But the truth is, I don’t have money to spend on a court case o. Give me some time.”

With barely 19 months to the end of the President Muhammadu Buhari era, the former vice presidential candidate  is yet to declare his interest in the 2023 presidency after calls from some quarters that he should run.
