The Emir of Kajuru, Alhaji Alhassan Adamu and 13 members of his family has been abducted barely 24 hours after President Muhammadu Buhari gave the military a command to crush bandits.
The attack occurred in the early hours of Sunday in the Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
According to sources, the bandits numbering about 200 stormed the Emirate and started shooting sporadically before abducting the Emir and family.
As at the time of this report, there has not been an official statement from the state Government or the Police.
