The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has reported 685 new cases of COVID-19 with eight fatality.

In the report released on the agency’s twitter handle on Sunday late night, the total confirmed cases in the country is 131,242, 104,989 discharged and 1,586 deaths.

It show that Lagos, the epicentre of the virus has 355 new infections, followed by Kaduna-58, Nasarawa-46, Kano-40.

Other are Akwa Ibom-33, Katsina-26, Ogun-25, Osun-21, Rivers-16, Edo-15, Oyo-13, Ondo-12, Borno-11, Ekiti-9, Kebbi-3, Plateau-2.

The global report of the novel coronavirus shows that it has infected about 103,503,519 people around the world, 75,108,183 recoveries and 2,236,975 deaths.
