Amputee Jane Obiene will soon be walking almost normally as youths of #EndSARS protesters in Abuja have raised ₦ 4,119,570.00 to buy a prosthetic leg for her.
A Twitter user, Aproko Doctor @aproko_doctor, had shared the image of Obiene, asking Nigerians to donate through a link.
He wrote, “This is Jane. She’s been unemployed since 2013 partly because of her disability, she came out in the #ENDSARS protests and we need to help. Please click the link below to donate to this, if you can’t donate, please RT, someone might see it on your TL.”

According to report, as at 01.15pm when the page for the donation was visited, 727 people had already contributed.
On the page it showed that the target was to raise ₦ 1,500,000 in 30 days but N4.1m was raised for her in surplus with three hours.
